Help on arrival
When you get off the train in a strange place, it's useful to find some friendly advice to help you get your bearings.
At Haslemere – our first adopted station – volunteers staff the Information Hub on the forecourt. The Hub has a huge range of maps, leaflets and local information and is usually open Thursday to Saturday 10am to 12noon – volunteers permitting. We will open on more days in due course.
The Hub is, however, currently closed because of Tier 4 restrictions.
A permanent map display on the pavement outside provides round-the-clock information.
Similar information displays are in plan for our other stations.

What we do
We help to promote our partners and our region to a wider audience – visitors as well as local residents.
Volunteers in our station adoption groups identify opportunities to make forecourts and platforms more visually attractive. They also look for gaps in related services and facilities that would benefit visitors, commuters and the wider community.
We engage with SWR and other relevant organisations to motivate change.
